Raw Pu’er has a slightly bitter taste the will go sweet in your mouth. It has a bit more mouth feel.
Shu or Shou has a more earthy flavor that is not quite as complex.
Many like both or just one, but maybe get a bit of both and try it.
I like them both and drink both during most weeks. Each has their advantages and taste. I do not personally think you can go wrong with either. Many people claim that all Shu taste the same. I know that i not true. I have tasted very good Shou and some not so good, there is a large spectrum of flavor. Sheng is more complex and I feel you really must let it age for a few years to let the flavor develop, but some drink them very young. Let me know what you want. If you are thinking about ordering some; please call or write and ask which we might recommend. Picking the best is really matching your taste to best product. 9:38 PM GMT | Read comments(0)March 07Teashop - Tea habitat in Palo Verde, CA
